Production example: Large box made of plastic board
The Pradan box can be designed in free sizes.
In the case of large sizes, it may not be possible to produce with just one sheet even when using the maximum size of the corrugated plastic sheet. However, both the lid and tray can be manufactured in your desired size by joining three corrugated plastic sheets with a polypropylene frame. ■ Handles have been attached to both the tray and lid for easy carrying. Additionally, the lid and tray can be secured together with Velcro. ■ To prevent lateral shifting when the lid is placed on the tray, ribbed corners are used on the tray. ■ To prevent slipping during stacking, non-slip rubber is attached to the corners on the top of the lid.
